Five years ago, I went to Turkey to restart all my systems – heal my heart, put my thoughts in order, start being nicer to myself in general. I was worn out, tired of being depressed for putting others first and getting hurtful behavior in return. I was totally decided to stop betraying myself, no matter what anyone thought about it/me.
Today, everything is replaced with clarity, meaning and gratitude, because five years ago, Turkey was the place where I started to breathe again. Although I’ve moved on, it will always have a special place in my heart and memories. Just like all the pictures I took there, including these six – each has a personal story behind. By the way, it was in Turkey where I started to pursue my long-repressed passion for photography 🙂
Come on, let’s go for a walk by the sea, down on memory lane!
Have you ever been to Turkey?
