Jill Bolte Taylor – How It Feels to Have a Stroke

Posted by Adriana Popovici on February 21, 2013

Not all the people who ever experienced a stroke are able to express what has happened to them as clearly as neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor. She explains how having a stroke feels, and shares the wonderful conclusions this walk on the edge of life and death has brought her to. The good news is you don’t have to wait for an accident and be forced into consciousness. You have the choice, the freedom, and the ability to live more fully, to make more use of yourself, to open to the part of life that exceeds boundaries. If, like me, you know someone who has gone through a stroke, this video will prove very useful and insightful.
