Detail on a Peach & Plum Pie I made for a very special lady
The last two months have been, more or less, like a vacation to me – a vacation involving considerable amounts of domestic work. We’ve moved again, and this time is a bit special; important decisions were made. I’ve spent a lot of time cleaning, but also found many occasions to get out and hike – an activity I adore. There were also dinner parties and visits, some of which quite memorable.
I’ve been baking pies or muffins every other day since August, and I don’t plan to stop in pumpkin season. Nor do I intend to skip my daily dose of sunshine. However, vacation’s over; the next weeks are mostly about hard meaningful work, like setting up properly Alteressence.com.
